OBRA Friends,

I am planning some clinics for a group of developmental racers and I'm
wondering if anyone can recommend a quiet area (Business Park) on the SE
side of town for practicing cornering and positioning. All my old venues
have become too heavily trafficked to use for a group.

Any help is appreciated. Hit me off list if you have any suggestions.
