Jay, to me, in a non racing sense often team members do mountain bike,
either because you become friends with people on your team and then go
mountain biking together or there are events which are composed of some
sort of relay which teams enter.
then there is always the yeah teams mountain bike, because the teams
represent at mountain bike races.
I think it's a lot easier to see teams on the road, wearing the same kit
and what not. Just because it's easier in every day life to see them on the
road and they all ride close together.
