Technically, this is a rigid 29er (vs. a true cross bike) that I built up
for my son last summer to use as a flat bar cross bike. He did 5 cross races
on it last fall after the build and then promptly grew out of the bike this
summer (damn teenagers!).

It is set up as a cross bike with 700c wheels and cross tires, but with
some 29er wheels (maybe the ones included would work, I just haven't tried
mounting 29er tires on the rims) you could use it as a sweet short track or
rigid trail bike (single speed or geared).

Details:
-Size small Raleigh XXIX 29er/Cross frame and fork (eccentric bb, so it can
be a single speed or geared) - I had it painted black. The blue stripes are
stickers we added to make it look fast!
-RaceFace Stem
-RaceFace alloy straight bars
-Avid BB7 mechanical disc brakes & levers
-Ritchey WCS Cranks set up as a 1x10
- Shimano SLX 10 speed shifter (5 rides on this drivetrain)
- Shimano SLX clutch rear derailleur (5 rides on this drivetrain)
- Shimano SLX 10 speed cassette (5 rides on this drivetrain)
- Shimano Chain 10 speed chain (5 rides on this drivetrain)
-Rodi Racing Stylus Rims with Shimano hubs
- Michelin Mud2 tires
Frame Serial # 115

This bike has a eccentric bottom bracket so that it can be ran as either a
geared or single speed bike. It is currently set up as a geared bike, but I
am happy to covert it to a single speed if you would prefer that type of
drive train. I have spacers and a cog for the rear hub if you want them
(for a ghetto SS vs one with a true SS rear wheel) or i can do the
conversion for you.

I've seen these bikes use drop bars to make a small road/cross bike. I
haven't tried it, but will throw in some Ritchey drop bars and a stem if
you want to try. (You would need to provide brake /shift levers to complete
it though)

Looking to get $350.
