Sunday's Crash

Paul is a dear friend and teammate of mine. He is in serious condition

as reported, but is lucid and in as good of spirits as one could be in

his condition. He is in ICU and not taking visitors other than family.

Please keep any visitation to later in the week to give Paul, his family

and his caregivers room to breath and work. Thank you for your

understanding.

I/we will try to give periodic updates as pertinent information is made

available. Your prayers and thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Brian Witty

Yes please if anybody knows anything about Paul other than this little

blurb I think that we all want to hear.

I'm putting together a brief report about Sunday's bad news (crash) for

the

Velo News.

For those who want to know, a media-relations person from Legacy Emanuel

Hospital told me that Paul Anderson is in serious condition. Due to new

federal regulations, hospitals can say nothing more than a 1-word

description of the patient's condition.

Does anybody know how old Paul Anderson is or how long he has been

racing?

Any information about a place to extend get-well wishes or a fund to

defray

medical expenses would also be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
