Just wanted everyone to know that I am just so beyond pleased with a product

made by the ZEFAL company that I just had to share it all with you.



Around Christmas time I bought the Zefal HPx4 frame pump for my super deluxe

Dean Reed built fixed gear commuter bike.

Having never carried a full size frame pump I finally went with one after 3

bad experiences with a cartridge inflator. This pump is rated up to 130 Psi

and it works so well that I found it easier than my floor pump

getting my tire back to around 110-120 psi.



My first road side inflation experience with this new pump was a positive

one after changing a

tube on the way to work this morning. I flatted after I ran over a piece of

plastic with two rather

large carpet staples poking out. Side note: Something finally defeated my

Armadillo tires! After 3 seasons without a

flat with that model tire I finally got one!



Anyway...I still recommend Armadillo tires AND this wonderful frame pump by

Zefal!
