I have had success w Craft liners from the past. They are super thin and made from Merlo wool. I don't think they make them any more but you might find some on eBay.

I would also look into electronic options. After racing back east, I have become a real fan of hot toes w the adhesive backing. You adhere them to the glove behind the back side of your hand. The key is to let them warm up for an hour in your glove before going for a ride. The only down side is they don't work if they get wet as in soaked gloves. Above your toes in your shoes is wonderful as well.

Ok... just had to get the dumb and dumber quote in there for laughs.

Wondering if yall have any < 30 degree ideal liners to go inside my "cold weather" riding gloves. Not sure if old age or just never used to notice, but seems fingers are getting a bit colder these days, so think it's time for a good set of liners and would appreciate some real world use recommendations.

Thanks!

Dead Man

btw - hows your blood pressure? as mine has gotten worse, ive also suffered from vasoconstriction from overproduction of angiotensin II, a vasoconstrictor that causes elevated blood pressure and a number of other vasoconstrictive symptoms (hows your boner working?). i was resistant to taking the beta blocker my previous doctor wanted to get me on, but in doing my own research on high BP i read about ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) inhibitors and how theyre actually specifically indicated for athletes as they arent diuretics or have really any negative side effects, are super well tolerated.. got a new doctor and got on Licinopril.. within 48 hours my BP was normal and my neck and shoulder tension went away and a whole bundle of other minor but collectively life-quality reducing symptoms basically vanished. after a couple weeks i even noticed my migraines of ever-increasing frequency were gone - been like a couple months now and i havent had a migraine yet, nor the almost constant feeling that i could only weakly describe as "pressure" in my head.

and my previous doctor used to tell me "no, you cant 'feel' high blood pressure." ya, ya you can.. at least when its this type. dude was a hack.

so if you have vasoconstrictive symptoms like cold-induced blood constriction in the hands (google "raynaud phenomenon"), severe muscle tension in the shoulders/neck, ED, difficulty urinating, etc.... might wanna explore this

i dont know if theyd fit inside any kind of riding glove, but ive been a longtime user and fan of Outdoor Research "Backstopper" liners for cold weather with high cardio output sports, as stand alone gloves. windproof, cheap at $30, good dexterity, and fit easily inside shell or even insulated mitts when at rest or when its just so damn cold single piece will do.

very versatile
