All frames come with threaded headsets, take 26.4 seatposts, are drilled
for brakes, and are bonafide track frames with rear facing horizontal
track dropouts, and track (not road) dropout spacing. All are made of
either columbus or truetemper steel tubing, have steeper track geometry,
and would make a great bike for either racing, training, or working.
These frames are being put up for sale by the Marymoor Velodrome
Association (MVA) because they are excess inventory that has not been
used for some years, and does not look like they will be any time soon.
In order to raise money to equip all of our rental bikes uniformally, we
are selling off these excess frames. To buy something like this new
would set you back ~$400.00 or more, but we are offering them for just
75.00 each for the framesets and 50.00 for the KHS frame w/o a fork.
They are used and all have small paint nicks, but all are straight and
have MANY good years left on them.
If you want a frame, before they get posted on eBay for national sale,
or if you just want to make a donation, please call 206 909-0386 ASAP,
ask for Tye, and arrange an exchange time/date of cash for frameset.
