commuters, enthusiasts, racers, etc. Two story, two bedroom duplex with

basement, garage, W/D, large yard and garden. Very close to Springwater

corridor bike path!(plus other great road and mt. biking).

     Walking distanc to New Seasons grocery, Sellwood riverfront park,

Oaks Bottom, and much more. Close to multiple bus lines. Quiet and

private at end of dead end street.

     Rent is $400.00 per month (require only first mo. for move in) plus

$300.00 REFUNDABLE deposit (can be split in two payments) and standard

$20.00 application fee. Also share 1/2 utilities.

     I'm a thirty year old male bike enthusiast(part time commuter and

beginning racer, but mostly I just really like bikes). I work full time

Mon.-Fri. days and go to school part time at PCC. I'm open minded and
