Welcome to the 6th annual Oregon Coast Gravel Epic presented by Oregon
Coast Bank.
50% road and 50% Coast Range Gravel (Expect the unexpected)
Custom 7x5 Race Plate for the front of your bike so leave the OBRA numbers
at home.
Some of you have been to this event before and as we have 60-70 spots
remaining to sign up so tell your friends that 62 degree's and awesome
times ahead in Waldport. Want to sweep ride this and do one of the other

Camping available or Co-mingle for a stay before or your best bet is after
the event Saturday Night!
What is needed
32 MM tires work, 38's are better or a hardtail MTB has crushed this event
so don't limit your imagination if you are taking on the Abomination!
Whats included Next Saturday
Mexican Catering on Cinco De mayo and post event beverages from Ninkasi in
the Waldport Community center for those over 21.

Yachats Brewing is donating 300.00 in Gift certificates along with Hilltop
Bistro in Waldport for the volunteers. Both of those places you need to
visit...excellent food! The Waldport inn is full so Yachats has rooms and
or Camp! KOA or other local places! We even start 30 minutes later this
year at 9:30
Aid stations
PB and J and other goodies for the stop and eat crowd and Tailwind
Nutrition to ditch the bars and gels. I love this product personally and
use it for rides 3-5 hrs long.
Family can purchase meal tickets for 10.00 the day prior only or by
e-mailing me so we don't run out of food

Packet pickup and registration the day prior 4-7 friday at GrandCentral
Pizza in Waldport upstairs?
Packet Pickup the Day of the event and late registration 10.00 extra
7:30-9am.
Please park in town anyplace on a side street unless marked do Not park.
Ride over to the Waldport Community Center.
Start at 9:30, roll out up a really steep paved street behind my truck.
Please watch for cars on this Rules of the road event. We will be stopping
traffic as you enter private land 2 miles into the event. Please smile and
wave if you pre-ride a bit friday. This course is tough to pre-ride so the
best is to head West of HWY 34 to Eckman Rd and you will find the route a
few miles up. Check the website for the map and download the Ride with GPS
ap for the best outcome.
Aid 1 Green Bike Co-op (Mile 14 ) Course Cut off for the Abomination
Route is 11:30am.
3 aid stations with Mechanical Support Abomination and 2 for the Son of
Abomination
62 Degree's next weekend and perfect for the family and hang out on the
coast!
