Mine is the 2" and includes the 2 bike add-on (you can carry 4 bikes), locks including the lock for the rack itself. Rack works well and nothing touches the bike frames. It is silver & black. One arm is scuffed up on the rubber portion from dragging on the ground (it works just fine, just cosmetic damage). Happy to send pictures.
