Looking for someone to take over my room in a duplex located near Hawthorne and 39th. It's a two bedroom duplex (roommate is also an active OBRA racer) with an off-street parking spot, laundry in unit and most importantly, storage for a copious amount of bikes. The unit was redone around 2012 with stainless steel appliances, hardwood etc. There is also a porch with garden space if you have for your green thumbs.
