Correct. No bike specific restrictions like that. However, in mass start races we do not allow forward facing bars (including Mtb bar ends) nor coaster-brake only bikes, for example. Check out the rules here http://www.obra.org/pdfs/2018_racing_rules.pdf
Esp. Section 7.8 (and 7.3)
Also, if everyone could check to make sure their bikes have bar plugs that would be great. :-)
