Pardon my brevity, one of my favorite typing fingers fell victim to a gruesome bagel cutting accident this morning. Just a little dating advice for tomorrow night...

*Castelli Leaders Jerseys are SO IN. If your first date went real nice last week pick yours up at registration.

*This week is our second and final Fast/Fun/Nice/Swift free clinic and STAMPEDE lap, check in at 5pm by the reg booth and learn how to work it.

*Sellwood will be on support, Stumptown will be on coffee, Noah from Preme Wheels will have some fresh hoops to touch and is generously covering the payout for the elite Women's race. Sage will swing by some swag and Carlos Tacos will be back in the house serving it up. I think he saved my life last week.

*the RV's and gross, way expired portables are gone!

*As always, we mix it up with some new turns each week to keep dating weird. Heads up! The light rain primed the course and it's pretty much perfect out there.

*The Thursday "morning after" cleanup proves that y'all love Alpenrose as much as we do. Thanks for respecting the venue and our generous hosts.

*Sorry, we can't offer a bike wash until after the last race. The drains don't like mud and we are limited by directing the runoff.
