I'm thinking about riding up and over to the west side tomorrow, from SE Portland to PCC Rock Creek. Have to be there by 8. Considering going up Cornell/Thompson then down Thompson to Laidlaw. Would that be safe or do too many people use that as a commuter route?
(Oh, why would I do such a thing? Because coming home from there by car at 4 pm will be physically impossible. It will literally be faster to ride back home)
