We are looking for a roommate for our townhome. It is located just a 1.7 mile ride away from Alpenrose, 1 mile from Hillsdale center, about 4 miles from OHSU (Marquam Hill), and is right on the 56/54 bus line into PDX downtown/max stops and Beaverton downtown/max stops.

House:
- About 900 sq. ft. plus outdoor storage closet
- 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom
- Back patio
- On-site parking
- W/D on site

Cost:
- Rent = $592/month
- Utilities = about $50-$70 / month

Situation:
- You would get one of the bedrooms. No need to bring any furniture (note: you WILL have to bring your own bed) or appliances - we already have all that set up!
- Available now ( you would just have to go through the background check with our landlord).
