Dear promoters, organizers, or registration folks, (sorry for the wide audience broadcast but I wasn't exactly sure who that encompasses)
I have been testing a registration program called ORDER - (Obra Race Day Entry Report ) that prefills riders name, team, age, cat by entering the racer's Obra season number and pulling it from the latest OBRA database (day license and new members can be added on-the-fly). The program will run on any Windows O/S that can successfully load and install Microsoft's dotnet framework 1.1 (dotnetfx v1.1 can be downloaded from their website). Data is then written to a file and can be printed out for officials, or stored and then opened and finish results added. That data can then be saved for email, printing, or coverted to eXcel format.
Anyone interested in trying this out, either to practice your Q/A skills or for a perspective race, let me know.
The current version is in Stage 2 BETA testing remember, but if you think it can be useful we'll build on that and might be able to customize it for you too.
Best wishes and good luck racing,
E-Racer.
