When people get into a competitive mode it is only natural for certain hormones to kick in and make people a tad but more aggressive. However one is still responsible for their actions and the implications of those actions on other individuals. In this case it appears that the individuals in question could have hurt future volunteers which are so very needed for the continuation of our great sport. Perhaps what would be best is that the individuals involved apologize to the volunteers and the racing community. As stated early we all mistakes, but we all have the chance to own up to our mistakes and make good.
