Hello all,
Does anyone on this list have any experience with amateur road racing in
Spain? I will likely be there for a few months next year and was
wondering: what are the relevant organizations (is there an "OBRA" of
Spain), how do racing categories work, etc. Any response to these
questions directed to dar-@uoregon.edu would be much appreciated.
