OBRA and USAC have reciprocity. That means that if you are an OBRA Cat 3,

you are a USAC

Cat 3. It has been brought to my attention that riders are doing USAC races

at a Cat 4 level even though they are OBRA cat 3's. That is cheating. that

is grounds for suspension from both organizations. While I will not go back

and enact suspensions for Walla Walla or Columbia Plateau if I hear of any

further abuse of this, I will contact USAC and we will coordinate joint

suspension.
