Mike,



I am looking for someone to monitor whether FAA lighting is on at two AT&T

Wireless Cell Sites in Longview and St Helens. The individual will have to

visit the site each day at approximately the same time (i.e. check every 24

hrs). They will have to record there visit to the site in a log each day.

This will have to be done until about 11/10/00 when telephone wiring is

brought to the site. If the light is not running they will be given

instructions as who to inform. We will pay $45 a day plus $0.35 for

mileage. This person will have to make it every day. If there is a problem

Bechtel / AT&T could be looking at a $1,000,000 fine.
