Hi Obraland

Sorry about all the emails, I'm just trying to keep up with Mike's posting. =0)

For those of you who might be interested, Nike launched on Monday a campaign to raise 6 million dollars for the Lance Armstrong Foundation and young people surviving cancer. It's called "Wear Yellow. Live Strong." Nike produced 5 million yellow wristband which are being sold for 1 dollar, all donations go directly to the LAF to help young cancer survivors.

So if your interested in purchasing a yellow wristband or two, there are many ways to do that. You can go to www.wearyellow.com or www.laf.org, nike town or hunt down a Rubicon rider; we will also be selling these bands at all races we attend.

Cheers

Norrene

It's a simple big idea.

For Lance Armstrong, yellow is the color of hope, courage and perseverance - as well as the color of the leader's jersey in the Tour de France. With the Wear Yellow campaign, Nike aims to help the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) provide a bit of that spirit for everyone - especially the 10 million people living with cancer in the U.S. today.

The Wear Yellow campaign is a pledge from Nike to support Lance, the LAF and young people surviving cancer. Nike's $1 million pledge (the simple part) and the funds we raise through the sale of the five million yellow wristbands (the big part) will fund LAF programs to help young cancer survivors live strong.

The Live Strong wristbands are a tribute to Lance's inspirational fight against cancer and his indomitable spirit of survival and triumph. His story of survival is amazing, but the battle against cancer has just begun - not just for him, but for all cancer survivors.

Join the battle.

Wear Yellow. Live Strong.
