Riders who provide a USCF membership indicating their category are given the

same OBRA category. Same is true for ABR, ACA or CBR memberships. It gets

a bit more difficult with foreign riders since countries use different

categorizing systems. Basically we try to assign people into a comparable

category.

The problem that we are currently having is people with ZERO racing

experience signing up as Cat 3 or better. In order to get a new OBRA

membership at better than Cat 5 for men and 4 for women it is necessary that

you provide some supporting information.
