Too funny a post!
Cows and Bulls can both have horns. In fact it is having horns is a recessive gene, not dominant, so for a calf to have horns, both parents must have horns. Yeah, I knew growing up in a state with more cows than people would someday pay off!
Now as for women having balls...Remember "The Crying Game"? :)

Much like women don't have balls. Women certainly have the nerve to try things that men would consider "ballsy." But to say a woman has the balls to do something is inaccurate. Candi might have the fortitude to race the fixed gear event, but she still has no balls.

We made a special exception for the fixed for the cowhorns. Done with the
organizer, the chief official and the OBRA Administrator ;-)

A. Your bike must have at least one working brake.
Q. Can I use a bike that has cowhorn handlebars?
A. Yes. You can use a bike affixed with drop
handlebars, a flat bar, cowhorn bars, riser bars,
moustache bars, or even upright-curved bars, such as
the Dove or Albatross. The only type of bar that
might give OBRA reason to be concerned would be aero
bars, which aren't permitted in mass start events."
This info was not actually correct. The applicable rule is:
"9.8.2 Bicycles shall have a freewheel mechanism EXCEPTION: A fixed gear and
single front brake may be used in time trial events or in races where all
the competitors are similarly equipped. Freewheeled and fixed gear bikes
shall not be mixed in the same mass start event.
9.8.3 Handlebar ends that point up or forward or that allow for support of
the forearm are not allowed in mass start events."
In other words, if your bike only has one brake it must be on the front.
Cowhorn or other bars that point forward are not permitted.
