To anyone who missed it. (see below) It was a blast! ;-)
We had a very sketchy field of about 117 and not many
were holding their line! We actually had 2
people go down! I am sure there were many
who 'had a few' before they mounted up. My ride was
fueled by a little Cytomax. I avoided injury by staying
in the first two rows! ;-)
We seemed to have 'the blessing' of Portland's Finest
as we had a black and white for a follow car for most of the ride
once we crossed the Hawthorne.
Next year should be just as fun!

Ready To Celebrate World Naked Bike Ride Day?
Portlanders Claim To Hold Record
SEATTLE -- Saturday marks World Naked Bike Ride Day, and
activities are planned in Portland, Seattle, Olympia and Bellingham.
Seattle organizer Daniel Johnson says at least 50 riders have shown
interest in his city. Riders plan to gather at Gasworks Park at noon and
ride to the Seattle Center to splash in the International Fountain.
Portland Cycling enthusiasts will gather at 9 p.m. at 420 S.E. Sixth
Avenue for the Pedalpalooza Dance Party to benefit City Repair Project.
Riders will leave about 11:30 p.m. on a Naked Bike Ride.
"Please come protest oil dependence and celebrate the power and
individuality of our bodies. Departing from the dance party, for a ride
to show our buff around the friendly streets of the east side; ride as
bare as you dare. Clothing check (not secure) and body paint available
at dance party," according to the event Web site.
The Web site claims that Portland holds the record for the single
largest Naked Bicycle Ride in North America with more than 94 cyclists.
