I am looking for a renter, male or female, non-smoker or drug user, to share
a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in north Portland. Move in date could be as soon as
Dec. 1st. (I am flexible there) Rent will be $400.00/month plus 1/2 of
utilities. You'd be sharing the house with the owner (me). I'm planning on
using the third bedroom as a den/spare room, but you could also use that room
for an office or den, etc.
Features of the home include close access to I-5, all new appliances, new
carpet, full basement with workshop (nice for working on bikes or waxing
skis, etc), lots of storage, fireplace. Overall, the house is in pretty
good condition and I don't plan to do any major remodeling. I don't have any
pets, but would not be against having a renter with a pet as long as you take
responsibility for them.
