The wheel is:



Phil Wood Track hub (high flange, bolt-on) laced to a Velocity "Escape" shallow

dish, semi areo, 32 hole, tubular rim. The spokes are double butted wheelsmith

spokes with alloy nipples.



Was built a year ago by the Phil Wood wheel builder guy (don't recall his name).



comes with the phil wood lockring but no cog.



I have ridden it very little, maybe 5 hours.



I glued (very carefully and thoroughly) a tire onto the wheel, it's not a great

tire but it is practically unworn.



I would want to trade for a comparable rear CLINCHER track wheel, or sell for

$150/b.o



(The Hub alone retails for $170).



I also have a fairly nice front tubular (also with tire mounted) I could throw

in for not much more.
