Hmmm... you can conclude that Horner discriminates against women or

promotoes a stereotype based on gender from his statement? It is easy to

label people, however, irresponsible to do so. I hope you won't be on a

The fact that some women have used the term "women" to

mean "of unsatisfactory strength, heart, or

determination" in no way disproves that it's a sexist

use of the term. Women can be sexist too.

Homosexuals can be homophobic. Racial minorities can

be racist.



Horner's comments are about as clear an example of

sexism (and bad sportsmanship, or arrogance) as one

could possibly find in the wide world of sports

quotations. You'd think a guy who has acheived so

much as a pro would be more professional and more mature.
