Hi folks, I am seeking a mature and responsible person to rent my room and would prefer if it was someone "in the family" so to speak. Which is why I am posting on here. The room is private and one of three in my house (other two rooms are my office and bedroom). House has lots of bike storage (large attached garage), is conveniently located to PIR (five min cruise down Interstate Ave.), 5 min walk to New Seasons, close to Mississippi district and a hop skip and a jump to the Yellow Line MAX. I would prefer a non-smoker, non-huge-drinker. Fenced, dog friendly yard, garden space, etc.

If you are in need of a place to live in a cycling friendly house, then look no further. The 3 bed 1bath house is located on Clinton St in the heart of inner SE Portland. The rent is 400 a month + utilities split 3 ways.
The spacious house has many features including big basement with washer and dryer, plenty of storage, attached garage, room for many bikes, big front porch, etc.
The house is currently held down by 2 males in the age bracket of 25 to 35 and both of us have full-time jobs. I work at a local bike shop in town and spend a fair amount of time on my bike, so that should give you some sort of idea of lifestyle that the house holds. My shared housemate and i enjoy beers often when not working, but its not a late night party home. Typical household cleaning is also divided amongst the house.
If you share a similar story and would like to meet, contact me as soon as possible. Just so you know, we are exploring other potiental housemates. A $25 criminal/credit check is also performed and required by the landlord.

I have a room for rent for one person on Friday/Saturday for the Astoria race. My girlfriend and I rented a house in Gearhart. It's a 2 bedroom so you don't have to sleep on the couch and you will have your own bathroom as well. Oh did I mention the hot tub! Nothing kinky just to rest your sore muscles in and relax before and after your races. If you need a chill place give me a call, $50 a night. Family style dinner Saturday night as well.
Were leaving early Friday so a ride share may be an option as well.

large 2-bedroom apartment w/ big kitchen, living room and dining room. includes basement and storage area (plenty for several bicycles and work space).
very pleasant neighborhood and centrally located (SE 20th at couch).
i will be moving in at the same time, so there we will be actually sharing the apartment from the beginning--as opposed to "moving into my space".
