Coming up next month (August 22) is an off road duathlon at Ski Bowl. It's a run-bike-run format. There are 2 adult classes and also a kids event. A good family outing. You can find out how to register at either Racecenter.com or Signmeupsports.com and looking under triathlon. A specialized Rockhopper will be given away to a lucky preregistrant.
