Hi OBRA,



I just wanted to let everyone know of an outsanding performace put in by Andrew (Andy) Small last night at Gastown.



Andy is one of the lovable kiwis that Dave Nute brought in this summer, we as the days go by Andy has been getting stronger and stronger. Last night he finished 13th out of 170 riders. If you have never been to Gastown, it's a brutal race; hair pin corners, cobblestones and a incline finish stetch. Jonas Carney won the race, Marty Nothstien placed 3, Jelly had a full team, Subway Express had a full squad....ect. Check out nwracereport.com for the line-up.



Anyway, after driving 7 hours Andy was able to stay in the front group and even help pull and chase the breakaway group a few times; I just wanted to let everyone know that he did OBRA proud last night racing against a so many pro squads. This kid is coming into great form and it will be sad to see him leave for home on Friday August 6th.
