A USAC one day license may also be sold to a CBR/ACA/OBRA/ABR member up to
Cat 3, PROVIDED they have a CURRENT license with the non-affiliated
organization. You MAY NOT sell a one day to any other rider other than a
Cat 5 man or 4 women not holding a current "other" license.
