The phrase "jumbo shrimp" is quasi-contradictory and thefore an oxymoron.
It is actually a pun, since both words have social connotations. The
phrase
"large giant" is similar to the phrase "hollow tube," in that the
adjective
is not required for description of the noun, and is therfore redundant.
