position

technical issues on a daily basis, providing them with assistance in
troubleshooting, training, telephone and on-site issues resolution<o:p></o:p></span></li>

life cycle of a customer support issue<o:p></o:p></span></li>

execution of system upgrades, system expansion and implementation of
