Back Pack Question for Commuting

I use a Kelty day-pack. It's large enough for all my clothing &

work-related items + lunch stuff. It has padding between you and the

pack and is quite comfortable.



My commute is 9-10 miles each way (flat & hills). On the hotter days, it

does pick up a little bit of the sweat off my back, but it drys quickly.



I don't remember the model (it's 3 years old), but the closest I can

find to it now is the "Kelty RedTail".



I got mine at REI - on clearance for like $20!!

I really like Vaude. I looked at the Dueter and it has some nice features, but it's advertised as 1,343 cu Inches, which is around 22 liters. The Vaude's are 30 or 40 (depending on model) liters. I know that I stuff my 40 full enough times that I'd not go smaller.

Whatever choice you make, good luck on being part of the solution.

Vaude makes such a pack. I *think* Next Adventure used to carry them.
