Does anyone know who painted Germantown road? "Pantani, Merckx, Coppi"
names are painted up the North side climb. They also painted 15:30 at the
top - which leads me to believe that no OBRA rider will fess up to it (not
such a fast time.) But it' s pretty funny to see and adds a great Euro-style
feel to the climb - thanks!
