Primary contact for desktop support needs for all nCUBE employees.
Primary Operator for nCUBE MIS. Install computers and peripherals,
diagnose and upgrade PC hardware, install and update operating system
and application software, and assist nCUBE employees in effective use
of information technology. Research and resolve problems relating to
computer hardware, software, or computer operation.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Three or more years
related experience. Excellent customer service skills. Effective
communicator. Able to work without supervision. Experience with MS
Windows, Sun Solaris, Linux, UNIX operating systems. Familiarity with
MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio. A desire to learn and grow in
the field of Information Technology.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
