also be warned, "front wheel only" does not meet city code, you must be able to lock the frame and one wheel, so the old school front wheel only racks usually don't meet code.
if it is a prvate rack, code be dammed, Jeff Smith can give you a long list of commercial racks for sale.
There is also a custom rack guy who build racks to look like things. i.e. eyeglasses at the eye doctor, a computer mouse at the computer shop, etc. BTA has his contact info.

vertically won't work in this area, so they have to stay horizontal.
Any ideas as to what I can do? Does someone around here sell something like
that? I've no time to build one myself so I'm looking to buy something.
