I went to a public school and I've always figured I was indebted to

society for providing me with an education. Don't you agree that we are

all lucky to live in such a great society?

Sorry I'm such a bore. I just got back from a great ride and I'm

feeling pasionate.

Tough break to those who would like to create more sprawl to cash in.

There are a lot of things I cannot do with my property in the interests

of society. On the other hand, you bought the farm land as farm land,

and paid a price for it on that basis. All the restrictions mean is

that you do not get a windfall. If you do not want to farm, sell it to

someone who does.

We all sacrifice for the greater good of society. I pay high taxes for

schools that I do not use because I do not have children. Too bad for

me, but good for people with children.
