c'mon, how about donate them to one of portlands great pro-bicycle non-profits, like John benemate's B.I.K.E. or the Community cycling Center.
both will give you a receipt for your taxes, on which you get to declare the value of the donated item.
This year I donated a $16,000 refridgerator! (joke, okay- don't write to me off list about it)
