The frame is new and has never been built. When I got it in a trade, it

 bare aluminum. I thought it would be cool to get it anodized pewter so I

did. It cost me $50.00. From 5 feet away it looks very nice and very

expensive but the anodizing job is flawed as it highlighted the

imperfections in the finish like grind and file marks. Also there is some

streaking at the cable stops on the top tube. Once it is built, the

streaks

 will be largely hidden under cables and the other flaws will not be so

noticeable will all the components, wheels, and flashy forks to distract

the

 eye. If you are looking for a show bike, this is not it. If you want a

good, solid, hard tail that looks great from 5 feet away, you might like

this frame. If you put it together with a bunch of pewter finish parts I

think it would look awesome.

1st $100.00 takes it.
