1) Yes, you are indeed paid for Saturdays race as part of the Cross
Crusade Series pass. You are also correct that Natz is not included in
the series price.
2) The most recent callup procedure (it seems like it changes depending
on whom you ask) is outlined here

up/paid for the UCI race this weekend? I believe that I am NOT paid up
