<DIV></DIV>>The Oregon Series had steady numbers...we had same or
<DIV></DIV>>more racers race to race as 2003. That keeps getting
<DIV></DIV>>over looked.

<DIV></DIV>>Not sure who charged a $10 late fee, but most of our
<DIV></DIV>>races were $5 late fee. This back fired at many
<DIV></DIV>>events as we had far less people pre-reg. Pre-reg is
<DIV></DIV>>a HUGE help to the promoters!

<DIV></DIV>>As Damian stated...we have far more fee's we have to
<DIV></DIV>>pay BLM, Forest Service, Private land owners. Timing
<DIV></DIV>>crews.

<DIV></DIV>>As far as classes go...can't tell you how many people
<DIV></DIV>>thanked me for the 50 plus class..yeah there may not
<DIV></DIV>>be a ton of them, but they have been loyal racers for
<DIV></DIV>>years and more and hit that class every year and some
<DIV></DIV>>have flat out said they only race now because they
<DIV></DIV>>have a 50 + class atleast for the men...on the womens
<DIV></DIV>>side there are VERY few women racers over 35. In the
<DIV></DIV>>end sadly we need to cut some womens classes, but the
<DIV></DIV>>mens classes are fine.

<DIV></DIV>>Cross draws from WAY more people... road, cross, tri,
<DIV></DIV>>track, mtn, adventure racers...To compare is crazy,
<DIV></DIV>>plus it is all right in Portland.
