Team in Training, (TNT) an organization that puts together charity rides to raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is looking for a coach to train cyclists to ride 100 miles at Lake Tahoe in June.

The training starts in January and the event is on June 5th at "The Most Beautiful Bike Ride" in Lake Tahoe. The coach trains a variety of cyclists from beginners who have not done exercise for a number of years to people who have aspirations of racing. There may as few as 10 and as many as 40 riders for you to coach.

This coaching assignment is perfect for the person who wants an easy to hard ride every other Saturday and enjoys working with a group of very motivated people who are passionate about cycling and raising money for cancer. They may have family or friends who are suffering with cancer, or in respect for those who have passed on, or those who are cancer survivors themselves.

If you want to give back to the cycling community and wish to help people train for a century charity ride please consider this opportunity. You will also hold training clinics on a variety of topics including basic tire changing, riding in a group, nutrition, and bike fit. Most of all you will have the opportunity to ride with a motivated group of people.

I am in the middle of training my second group, and I feel fortunate to be part of such a dedicated group of folks. Some people have made life changes to exercise while others are interested in joining a racing team. The staff at TNT are very helpful with support and information.

If you are interested contact Steph at 503.245.9866 ext. 16 or Allegra at 503.245.9866 ext. 17 at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
