Congratulations definitely are in order for two (now three) of the nicest

folks in our OBRA community.



Tony and Laura Halford became proud new parents as of 11:11pm last night.



Quinn Philip Halford is a whopping 7'13" and is doing great. Laura is

exhausted, so I think it'd be best to wait until tomorrow to call and

congratulate them (St. Vincent Hospital).
