In an effort to be impartial here is how I will do this

I will put all the names of the people who respond into a hat and draw them.

The numbers come in packs of 50 apiece, there are 38 of them (they shipped

on Tuesday so they should arrive soon). I leave on Sunday for Costa Rica for

10 days so I may not be able to get them out by then.

Two numbers go in each numbered envelope. They have to be folded and placed

in the envelope in a way that mailing them is not a problem.

They have to be left in numerical order.

I have to have them all finished by Dec 15. OBRA will pay $.50 per set but

if they are not delivered by Dec 15 then we will drop that to $.40



Another way would be so divide the 1900 numbers and allow more than 1 to do

them, but I don't think I can do the King Solomon role.
