Each year the OBRA club representatives elect 2 members to the 4 member
Board of Directors. This individuals are responsible for establishing the
policies for OBRA. The election is done at the annual meeting held in
conjunction with the banquet and conference on 1/20/01. If you are
interested in this position or would like to nominate someone please send a
