OREGON CYCLING CONFERENCE II
presented by the MAC Cycling Committee
and the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association
Saturday and Sunday, January 20 and 21, 2001
This year, the MAC Cycling Committee and the Oregon Bicycle Racing=20
Association will present a program featuring panel discussions, small group=
=20
seminars and workshops on various aspects of competitive and serious=20
recreational cycling. Several of the finest cycling coaches in the United=20
States will be here at the MAC in panel discussion and in seminars=20
throughout the day discussing riding and training concepts and techniques.=
=20
On Sunday morning, there will be cycling skills workshops and participatory=
=20
training in skills and practices for cycling. The banquet will feature Mike=
=20
Adamson's photo-revue of 2000 (with music by David Auker), BAR=20
presentations, and a drawing for some substantial Door Prizes.

Check in for conferences begins at 7:30 am Saturday Morning.
Signup sheets for each track and session will be available at registration,=

first come first served.
OBRA membership is not required, but membership applications will be=
available.
SCHEDULE:
Note that there are breaks and a lunch between sessions. Lunch is available=
=20
in the club, or at any of several nearby restaurants.
Each "breakout session" is divided into six "tracks" lettered "a" through=20
"f". Each "track" follows a theme:
=8Atrack "a" concentrates on sport development.
=8Atrack "b" is for cyclists in their early training years.
=8Atrack "c" is oriented to women in cycling.
=8Atrack "d" concentrates on technical training issues.
=8Atrack "e" is about racing tactics and techniques
=8Atrack "f" is for the racer intent on moving up.
