Phil and OBRA,

Good news, the track is very rideable.  Just be aware of a bit of paint chip debris on corner 3 and the debris on the apron below it.  Also be aware that the track has early season issues, like patches that need to be made, patches that need to be sanded, water bubbles and possible things I've missed.  Otherwise it's all good-to-go.

After your training session (11:30a) I've got a crew coming to mess the place up!

Just so ya know, and thanks for your support,

Garcia

PS OBRA, the track won't be rideable for awhile and I'll keep ya posted of it's status.  Otherwise, let me know if you intend on using the track and we'll try and determine if you can be accommodated.  As always during this time of year, it's a good idea to inspect the track before you ride on it.

FYI

The track, apron and warm-up track have been cleared of the mud that was inflicted on it during a cycle-cross race. It is now suitable to be ridden on, but be mindful of the fact the leaves are still falling and corner 3 can be very slick. Also, be aware that the track has some surface problems, many in the form of crumbling concrete or holes, so be cautious. It maybe wise to make an inspection and bring a broom if you decide to ride the track this winter.

Thanks
