If anyone was trying to e-mail me on this bike I'm sorry, but my hotmail

account is down with issues. Alternate e-mail

reaks-@mail.com

If for some reason the above account doesn't display all the way (it

didn't in the original post for some reason???) Then it's just my last

name in lower case @mail.com

Picked this bike up a couple years ago planning on racing it, then

thought about using it for a commuter, now decided to sell it in favor

of building a real touring bike (steel frame of some kind)

I think it's an '01 or '02 Cannondale XR800 Cyclocross (not totally sure

on the model year.)

It had v-brakes on it with cable rollers to adapt for STI levers, but I

switched them out for Curve (Kona's old inhouse spec)brand canti's. Now

the brakes feel super firm!

55cm Center BB to top of Seat clamp 54cm Top tube (c to c)

Full 105 STI 9spd Shifting system/Wheelset

172.5 black Coda cyclocross cranks on Octalink BB

Cane Creek C1 Threadless Headset

3T Forge Ahead stem/Coda comp Bars

Mavic Open 4 CD rims

Fizik Pave saddle

CURVE cantilever brakes

INCA cable adjusters

Avocet Cross II tires + Ritchey Speedmax cross tires (2 sets of NEW

tires)

Free extra derailleur hanger.

Pedals not included, but I have a set of like-new Stainless Steel (not

the crappy chrome ones) eggbeaters that I will sell for $75 along with

it (still have the box for the egg beaters)

When I got the bike it was in LIKE NEW condition. I put another 100

miles on it riding back and forth to work from Springfield. It has

NEVER been raced. I was a bike mechanic for 10 years so trust me, it is

in perfect working condition. Shifting is perfect, frame is perfect.

The wheelset that is currently on it is well-used, but sturdy Shimano

105. (I put the Coda wheelset that came new on the bike into another

bike I had.)

If you e-mail me I can send you pictures of the bike.

I'm asking $750 OBO and I can deliver or work out pickup anywhere from

Roseburg to Bend to Portland. I'd rather not have to hassle with boxing

and shipping. I live in Springfield/Eugene for reference.

Thanks,

Wheelie_Pete
