Not Bad Steve! Those Web-based translation engines sure are getting
better every day, even when translating from an odd language like
Flemish (which BTW is the same as Dutch).
Here is the translation using the old-school method (i.e. ask a native):
Twelve Americans are heading to Belgium on Dec 23 to prepare for the
world championship, which takes place at the end of January in
Sankt-Wendel, Germany. Besides American champion Page, who is already a
resident in our country, other [U.S.] elite riders are heading to
Europe, including Ryan Trebon, Barry Wicks, Erik Tonkink en Ben Turner.
The most talented [U.S.] junior riders will also prepare themselves in
the Low Lands [i.e. Flanders & Holland].
Besides the elite riders mentioned above, espoir riders Jesse Anthony,

The Americans will tackle a busy schedule during the Christmas season.
They will start on Christmas day in Beernem, then Diegem, followed by
[races in] Hofstade and Loenhout, from there to Surhuisterveen in
Holland, and then kick off the new year with [races in] Baal, Aigle and
Waregem. They will be seen in action a last time in St-Niklaas on Jan 3.
The day after they will fly back West.
The cost of the trip is being paid by the riders themselves and their
sponsors. The U.S. federation [U.S. Cycling?] helps out with the
logistics and contacts. The riders will be accompanied by two
"directors", Geoff Proctor and Noel Dejonckheere.
